Answer: You will more than likely be asked to provide a sworn net worth statement in which you will be required to record all of your income and will be asked to provide tax returns for the past three or so years.
You should make it clear to the other side, if and when they request such net worth statement, that these sources of income were unusual and cannot be used as a basis to determine your general income. They were a one time occurring incident and not part of your normal income.
