Question #83: My husband and I have been together for 9 years and got married this past Feb 03 . In April he had an affair that lasted till Sept. I caught him by getting a copy of cell phone bills since Jan before we married. If I was to file for divorce can these copies of the bills hold up in court? and is adultery illegal in NYC?
