Answer: I generally work in the New York City area and have served as a mediator in other areas and states across the country but would strongly recommend that you get in touch with an attorney-mediator in your area in Vermont familiar with the Vermont divorce statutes and the courts in which he will have to ultimately file the divorce papers.
The cost of the mediation intends on the complexity of the issues and the difficulty the parties have been resulting these items. My fee is $300 per hour and the procedure generally takes about two to three months to complete.
