You are right that legal advice is expensive and I offer an alternative to the adversarial system where instead of each one of the parties having to hire an attorney, although I am an attorney, I remain a neutral and mediate the divorce between the parties, prepare all of the legal documentation and file all of the divorce papers with the court. You will not have to make court appearances, or spend hours of yours and your attorneys time in the courtroom waiting to see the judge. Mediation will take place in the quiet of my office and all of the decisions regarding your assets and the custody of your children will be decided by you and your spouse rather than an unknown third party Judge.
