Question #91: I have a family member that wants a divorce from his wife. They haven’t had sex in over 2 years. Neither one of them would initiate it. About 4 years ago he asked her if she would like to renew there wedding vows, she told him NO. Does he have any grounds for divorce in the state of New York.
